QPR vs Stoke City Free Betting Tip & Preview

Potters hoping to avoid a seventh consecutive away defeat. Tony Pulis has targeted two more wins in order to avoid the drop, but his side have only scored twice in their last six Premier League games – losing every one in the process.

Tip: QPR 3 – 1 Stoke City

QPR striker Bobby Zamora is serving the second match of his three-game suspension, leaving Loic Remy to start up front on his own.

Adel Taarabt may be selected behind Remy for only his second start in five games, with the Rs desperate for goals in order to beat the drop.

Stephane M\’Bia was dropped for last weekend\’s trip to Everton, but his combative style could be required in the place of Esteban Granero in the centre of midfield against Stoke.

Armand Traore (calf) should return in the place of Nedum Onuoha after missing the defeat at Goodison, while long-term absentees Shaun Wright-Phillips (ankle), DJ Campbell (metatarsal) and Andy Johnson (anterior cruciate ligament) are the only remaining missing players.

The game will probably come too soon for Stoke\’s Matthew Etherington (back) and Marc Wilson (hamstring), who are struggling to recover from the injuries that kept them out of Sunday\’s defeat against Manchester United.

Tony Pulis may choose to stick with the same lineup that faced the league leaders, with Kenwyne Jones preferred ahead of Peter Crouch and Cameron Jerome in attack.

PROBABLE LINEUPS

QPR: Cesar, Bosingwa, Samba, Hill, Traore, Jenas, M\’Bia, Hoilett, Taarabt, Townsend, Remy

Stoke City: Begovic, Cameron, Huth, Shawcross, Wilkinson, Shotton, Whelan, Adam, N\’Zonzi, Walters, Jones

Prediction: The hosts have had little trouble in hitting the back of the net recently, thanks to an attack boasting an inordinate number of quality players for a side in their position. This extra cutting edge should see them come out on top against a team who are generally toothless away from home.

Tip: QPR 3 – 1 Stoke City
